Return & Exchange Policy
If there is a need to return an item to us, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your ORDER # and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will respond as quickly as possible.
- You may return your product for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item, but it must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, & UNDAMAGED.
- If any discrepancies occur with an order, the buyer must reach out to us via email within 14 days after receipt of delivery.
- Exchanges will be processed after receipt of the item on our end and inspection has been completed. Buyer will be responsible for shipping of the new item.
- Additionally, if there is a difference in the price of the new item being exchanged, then the difference will need to be paid by the buyer.
- Due to sanitary reasons, if the products have been used for other reasons other than checking if the product fits, then we are unable to accept a return.
- We will 100% pay for shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.) otherwise return shipping it at the expense of the customer.
- All sales for any items bought while on sale are final.
- Other cases can be handled on a case by case basis.
Pre-order items are non-refundable/exchangeable as those are ordered only based on what customers purchase. So please always read description for turn around time and sizing.
