By selecting the checkbox, you are agreeing to our current turn around time of 15-20 business days.  Orders will be shipped within this timeframe and if on our end an order is to go over this time we will reach out to our customers.

If you opt out of purchasing our route protection at checkout for shipping services and your order gets lost in transit with USPS it is not our responsibility to replace the order. Route protection is offered, in the event of your package getting lost in transit, it can be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Once a package has left our hands and shows tracking, we have no control on how long the package will take to get to you through USPS.  Please also note, that choosing Priority Shipping at checkout does not mean your order will be shipped in 3 business days.  We have a product available for purchase called Rush Order to have your order moved to the front of our order list. 

All sale items are final when purchasing.  We do not offer returns on our products that are on sale.
